Postage & Packaging All your purchases will be packaged with care to ensure safe delivery and, as a rule, we will dispatch within 1 - 2 working days of you order being placed. If this is not possible, we will contact you via email. Postage & packing for gifts and accessories is calculated at £4.95 per item. You will be notified of the postage charge for your order during the checkout process. Combined gift purchases of over £75 value will be delivered free of charge. For furniture items, please press the ‘Delivery Quote’ button. We will then be able to work with you to find the most cost effective and efficient method of delivery. We are happy ship Worldwide and will adapt our costs accordingly. Contact us and we will work with you to organise this. Damages In the unlikely event of goods being damaged on arrival, we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please take a photograph of the damaged item together with its packaging, as soon as it is received, and send it to us. A replacement will be posted out as soon as possible. Returns Policy In the event of an item being returned, a replacement will be offered or a full refund, if that is preferred, it is company policy that postage costs are non-refundable. Privacy Policy We will treat your personal information as confidential at all times. You will receive e-mails from us about offers and new stock lines from time to time. If this is not something you wish to receive please contact us and we will remove you from the mailing list. We will never release your personal details to any other company.
